    A lovely pub with open fires just outside City centre . Small range of real ales but very well kept .

    Fine old establishment. Very quiet but lovely choice of real ales on tap. A lot of olde world character inside in a quiet part of town

    Lovely olde friendly pub (with a fireplace) which has a cider in addition to the handful of ales. Had a pint of the very nice Shropshire Gold. Overheard from locals 'Terry Jones might have liked dressing as a woman too much'

    The Coach & Horses on a Friday lunchtime often sees me at the bar. The beer is good and, last Friday, the food was excellent. Both the Caesar salad and the faggots and mash were delicious. There always seems to be a friendly welcome and the customers are good-natured too! It's a firm favourite.
